Annet is an inspired Jamaican woman with a joyous nature, vitalizing energy and a gift in guiding and inspiring people to appreciate the magic of their existence, and to feel good about themselves. She is dedicated to helping people flourish in their Well-Being, to feel truly connected with their inner-selves as well as others and the Earth through Yoga and its’ Meditation Practices.

Annet continues her personal studies, influenced by her inspiring yoga & meditation teachers, since qualifying as a Yoga teacher in 2016. She is currently in an apprenticeship with her primary teacher, RasaYoga Founder Sianna Sherman.

In continuing to deepen her interest in meditation practices and inspired by a tantric approach, Annet has created her offering, ‘Musings and Meditation’ focussing on well-being practices to uplift and transform your life with radical joy!
